Cancellation Policy

DawgFluent has a 48-hour cancelation policy. If you do not cancel/reschedule your private/follow lesson within the 48-hour period, that lesson will be deducted from your package.

All packages expire in 12 months from the purchase date. Once the first lesson is completed, there are no refunds.

Training and Liability

The owner fully understands the method, tools, and techniques that are used to train or modify behavior such as; prong collars, slip leash/collars, bark collars, ecollars, muzzles, and flat collars.

The owner of the dog agrees that DawgFluent will not be held responsible for any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, loss, and control by the actions of the dog when the dog is NOT in the sole custody of DawgFluent.

The owner knows that if the dog is not in exclusive custody, care, or control, the owner agrees to not hold DawgFluent liable for any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, loss, and control.

Payment and Refunds

Consultations are $100 and need to be confirmed to secure the date. Board and Train Program deposits are non-refundable and must sent before securing boarding dates. The remainder of the program balance must be paid by the dog's pickup date.

Discounts

We offer discounts for; first responders, veterans,teachers, students, Google/Facebook/Sephora/X employees and healthcare workers.

If two packages are purchased at the same time, the second is discounted at 25%.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts.
